Oslo - Gardermoen (OSL):  Location38 km/24 Miles NE of the City.  By Road: 49 km/31 miles/40 mins.  Driving Directions: The airport is connected to the city by Highway 174, which connects to Highway E6 at Jessheim.  By Taxi: Taxis (tel 064 810 710 or 08000 02323), including wheelchair-accessible taxis, are readily available from the terminal. To the city centre NOK 500-900/30 mins. See www.oslotaxi.no.  
By Bus:
SAS Airport Bus/Flybussen tel 22 80 49 70 runs between the airport and central Oslo every 20 mins. Journey time ~50 mins, Prices: Adults NOK 105 one way. The bus stops at the Bussterminalen stop 9 in the city centre, the Radisson SAS Hotel and also stops at Helsfyr on the edge of the city.
Airport Coach NOR-WAY Bussekspress tel 81 54 44 44 departs every 30 mins to/from Oslo and Asker, every 15-30 mins to/from Bærum and hourly to/from Kongsvinger, Ski and Gjøvik.
Trafikanten Bus #855   Runs from the airport terminals to Kopperudmoen via Lilleplassen, Clarion Hotel, Kneppefeltet, Møllerstadkrysset, Bevereien, Nannestad, Bjørkekirke, Bjerkesenteret, Holkebylia & Maura skole arriving at Kopperudmoen after ~45 mins. In the other direction it runs to Lillestrøm bus terminal stopping at Sand, Kløfta, Riis & others. Runs every 30-60 mins 0515-2220.
Trafikanten Bus #815   Runa just a few times a day to the terminals. At 0754 running to Gardermoen, Herva, Sand, Jessheimkrysset & Jessheim station. In the other direction it leaves the terminals at 0701, 1301, 1506 & 1636 running towards Møllerstad & Rustad.
TIMEkspressen Bus #2 Tel 62 82 11 00 Runs every hour at ~10 past the hour (from the airport) 0510-0010 on the route: Oslo Bus terminal, Helsfyr, Økern, Veitvetveien, Smedstua, Olavsgaard, Skybaak, Borgen, AIRPORT, Rød, Skarnes, Sand, Kongsvinger, Arvika & Elverum. Not all buses serve all destinations, as the route divides at Kongsvinger.
Other Buses   There are also routes to/from Elverum, Rena, Koppang, Alvdal, Tynset, Røros, Ålen, Ulsberg, Støren, Heimdal, Trondheim, Lillehammer, Ringebu, Vinstra, Otta, Dombås, Åndalsnes, Molde, Ålesund, Hjerkinn. Oppdal, Kristiansund, Tingvoll, Fredrikstad, Sarpsborg, Hønefoss, Hamar and many more from the bus station just south of the railway station (within walking distance).


By Train:
Airport Express train or Flytoget There is an Airport Express train (or Flytoget) service (tel 81 50 07 77) which runs every 10-20 mins 0445-2335 between the airport and Asker (South of Oslo) stopping at Oslo Central (NOK150/19 mins) & various subway stations. Asker or Sandvika NOK 180, Lysaker, Skøyen, Nationaltheatret, Oslo S NOK 150, &Lillestrøm NOK 110.
Other Trains All InterCity & Express trains on the Skien-Oslo-Lillehammer-Trondheim route also stop at Oslo Airport Gardermoen station. These trains take ~37 mins to reach the city and cost NOK 74 one way. They stop at the following stations on the way to the city: Kløfta, Lindeberg, Leirsund, Lillestrøm, and continue beyond the Central Station to Kongsberg.

I prefer to take the slower local train (usually departing from platform (Spor) 4. It costs less than half, and only takes 37 mins.
